Two variations:
Zippo v1.2 - top arc, bottom marking.
Zippo v2 - right angles, oblique lines at corners.
Printing without supports, I think this is obvious โ ๐
If you decipher the text, then J is the month (July) and 24 is the year (2024) of manufacture. It would be more logical to put G (October), but in July I created this project and abandoned it after printing three top covers. Making the external forms is an order of magnitude easyer than the internal one. I decided to finish when I saw a suitable contest.

The top cover holds up well. To remove it without breaking the hinge, squeeze the cover out of the majority a little, and then gently lift the small part from the hinge, resting on the front side.
Btw, the rectangular shape with oblique lines at the corners was invented 90 years ago, in 1934
