War games was a fun delve into the topic of AI in warfare. Obviously, the Terminator series took it into a whole horror genre/scifi direction. There were a couple other films that tackles the concept of what AI taking over might be like. I believe the Nolan brothers did one called EAGLE EYE, and there is a TV series, Person of Interest (a personal favorite show) that delves into some interesting thoughts on where AI could lead humanity, for better or worse.
