UPDATE: I lucked out tonight. When I called about internet being out I was the only one in town with it out so no other outages showed and so they treated me like a one off and scheduled an appt for the 19th. Well, an hour later, half the town was out and they were forced to send out emergency techs. With that being said, the company is still dog shit, and I am still looking for other options because this is a regular occurrence, dealing with outages. Fortunately, it wasn't just a me problem and so it got treated much faster than what customer service over the phone was setting me up for.

There is a real possibility I'll be out of the internet until December 19th because the only internet company allowed in my area is dog shit. So unless it automatically corrects itself, the work order is scheduled for December 19th. So if I don't post any games for over a week... that's why... because I have no internet at my home office.

It went out last night, but I woke up this morning with it working and then left to the store and came back, and it was out, so I don't know... will keep everyone posted.

Hopefully, it's just a hiccup, but this company really does suck and it goes out all the time... but never for more than an hour or two, so hopefully, it just corrects itself.
