Stories are starting to come out that the PBC owes money to a bevy of their fighters, and has for some time. For the PBC to have made the Charles Martin - Luis Ortiz fight a PPV fight, speaks to the financial trouble that they are in at the moment. Tank Davis needs to fight someone of substance, and excuses need to stop.
