I know we promised devlog a week ago. But then it was hard for us to say something for sure. Now we actually have a story to tell.
So, the code is almost ready. Our programmer says that the degree of completion is about 95%. But everything is complicated by the fact that we need to do a lot of pre-alpha testing in this version. The fact is that the events in the new version checks a lot of your actions and decisions you made earlier. Including the results of many quests that you have completed before. And it depends on what exactly of the new content you see. This is not as easy as it might seem.
We already wrote that the new version has a lot of new content. Specifically, there are 18 new scenes with player's characters and 9 scenes without player's characters. This is a really huge amount. But many of them are mutually exclusive, and it is based on what you did earlier that the game decides what exactly you can see. Of course, this requires extensive testing. So for now we are stuck in the testing phase. In any case, we will definitely release an alpha version for our Patrons in September.
Most likely, some bugs will remain in it. We will definitely not have time to do all the animations - there are simply too many of them. But we will release a version.
