Plin-te is a ancient Galactic art developed by the Plin....a race of reptile/humanoid amazon women....the goal of a plin-te match is to wrestle your opponent...wear her down...until you can apply a killing strangle hold on her.both the Plin...and their cousin species the Lidi...hold Plin-te contests...these contests are to the death. the art is similar to MMA...grappling based with kicks and strikes. all women who practice the art don't use it for death matches, of course...but that is what the art...in its purest form...was intended for...it was invented by warrior women...for warrior women...for death combat.

Dr. Thorlan's underground New Jersey league(now run by Stacy...)uses the art for death wrestling contests. The Nation of Anfer does, too. As far as it is known...the under ground leagues...and Anfer...are the only places on our Earth,(my alternative earth, anyway!)

where PURE Plin-TE(by pure...I mean Plin-te as intended...for wrestling to the death) is practiced.

Old school Plin Masters, frown upon practitioners using their art just for sport...sport practitioners may receive a masters rank...but NEVER Grand Master. When an instructor is certified as a grand master...like Delores and Liticia are...they were certified from the Plin Government themselves.The Certification means that the Plin have confidence, that the master will use their art as intended...death wrestling.And that the Master will NEVER train anyone, but females in the art. Only exception to the rule...is rulers...such as Delores...she ...as a queen...has the option to spare her opponent...at her discretion.She STILL, however...may not train males....Masters training males...whether for sport...or pure Plin-te...lose their masters certification...and are marked for death by the Plin Empire.
