New tier Explanation - Short Personalized Videos

The first month’s personalized videos are up!  I had such a blast making them & finding the appropriate music & backgrounds & I hope you liked them. 

Though a quick reminder that everything I make here welcomes your input! I want to make things that you want to see. :D

And now with the initial videos up and available, I want to take this moment to have a short public discourse about the new ‘personalized video’ tier and expand upon what my pledge sidebar says.

Firstly, this is a very new tier.  I have personally not seen anything like it before in this community, so there is a large ‘making it up as I go along’ aspect to this tier. My goal is, over time, my personalized videos will become more refined and skilled and I will be able to direct them more fully towards pertinent ideas and topics as I learn them.

The original concept for this tier was a living “thank you card.” However, (what you need to know as a person pledging to that tier is that) we realize and *encourage* that each personalized video can be anything *you* imagine as long as it falls within the basic structure of these first-off-the-press videos (i.e. ‘silent’ movie style captions; very short simple scenes).  

The exception is Vargar, who is the only character that is voice-acted. This is another thing we will play more with as time goes on.

((BTW If anyone is willing/able to be a voice actor (for potentially every month) I would be happy to entertain the option for other characters)). Or if you have any other ideas that fit within the general concept, please just drop me a line ^_^

HOW IT WORKS: 

For each video, I send the sponsor (via patreon) a short questionnaire where you can explain exactly what you’d like in your video. 

You can choose from one of the 6 characters shown above. This choice matters as each one will interpret your request in his/her own special way ^^

I then design it and film it ~ 2 weeks into the month so I can release them ~ the 3rd week (and rest the 4th week before starting all over again!). 

Since time is a bit limited, If you do not get the questionnaire finished by the deadline (likely the 2nd Saturday of that month), I will film a ‘random’ video of my choice.

I will attempt to accommodate if you become a patron after the deadline, but if the videos are already filmed for the month you may have to wait until the next month (which does means you will pay for both months); So becoming a patron early is definitely encouraged (within the limited number of spaces available at that pledge level).

And that’s all there is to it! A fun and unique way to honour someone you know or to visually tell a story you want heard ^___^
