No spoilers in this comment, if you recall One for All came from All-for-One loading quirks onto his brother, who had no quirk but to pass on acquired powers. Something useless until All-for-One tried to give him powers, likely to overload his system. So yeah, the original One for All was the one talking to Deku in the end
