Added 2017-11-03 00:24:49 +0000 UTCHey guys, here is tomorrow's video, the latest episode of Supreme Court Briefs. You may be wondering why I chose to cover this somewhat obscure case. There are two reasons.
1) I student taught at Westside High School in 2009 and wanted to film live on location there while I was in Omaha
2) I've been on a big First Amendment kick lately. This Amendment seems to be losing respect in the national dialogue, so that may have something to do with it.

Thank you! All I read about Stevens is that he didn't think this was an Establishment Cause case, so that's why he was ok with the school district doing that.
