I know that the Patrick/ Kevin relationship gets toxic but it still makes me sad that they split. I forget Doris’ boyfriend’s name but I loved him as Hondo in Top Gun Maverick

I don't know how I feel about Patrick going after Ritchie though... Not sure if he is ready to make more conscious choices... But I'm team Ritchie all the way. ❤

2023-07-24 13:18:39 +0000 UTCI knew they were moving too fast, this should have been all talked about before Patrick moved in with him because trust is a big thing in relationships and if Patrick can't trust him things will never work, I could see it already from the moment Kevin said 'do we have to go to Augustine's thing'? He wanted to go party despite them already having previously arranged plans with Patrick's friend. I hope Patrick walks away, Kevin has shown his true colours and I doubt anything or anyone will change them. Glad to see that Doris and Dom made up, Malik is such a lovely human being and is so good for her, it's lovely to see. Can't wait to see how things go in the film. Xx

I did think that Patrick and Kevin were moving too fast, and it does show how important communication is in a relationship, because you are so many things they didn’t talk about before they were getting ready to move in together. If they had communicated, then Patrick would have a better idea of the kind of person Kevin really is (though, as Patrick realizes, he ignored too many signs that were right in front of him). It will be fascinating to see how things play out in the movie, that’s for sure. PS, the actor who was on “Smash” as well as this show is Wesley Taylor.

I think Patrick knows that he wouldn’t be able to trust him and that he’s being manipulated, but he thought he was on a magical threshold of happy monogamous commitment and I wonder if he’s able to step back from Kevin or if he’s so invested that he’s going to try to believe that Kevin will change. I love that the final scene is just Patrick and Richie and the hair metaphor does hold out some hope for the two of them. Roll on the movie. Team Richie. 🙏🤞
