Peppermint and Todrick and Lina Bradford and Brick and I'm trying to list other POC who saw me in it and loved it. I'm a drag queen. I've also worn locs in my real hair as a teen cuz I surfed and used surf wax to dread them up and keep my hair outta my eyes. G'head and tell all those Grateful Dead and Phish fans that they're problematic too. See- slippery slope. But also regularly braid my hair in cornrows under my wigs and when I work out. Damn Rory sorry for all that after saying I wouldn't have the convo. I'm not going to police my own hair or creativity.

I don’t want you to hate me, coz I love you... but as an ally I feel like I have to say something. The reason I pay for your Patreon is because I’ve enjoyed seeing your commitment to your education on matters like this but traditional BPOC hairstyles are not ok for white people to wear...
