It's set on female Bibo+ body, so Mat Bibo. That part will work only on Midlander, miqote and elezen.
There is an equipable on the True Ice Bracelet of Aiming, so it reaches more races. I have set it up in black and white available.
To customize the color it is row 16 on the colorset. Covers Midlander, highlander, miqote, elezen, roe and Aura.
A transparent file is included for merging with other things.
Free for PERSONAL edits, but no repost, sharing any of the files, ect. It is a vaulted item.
