2022-08-11 23:23:34 +0000 UTCI like to think of "megaphone to my chest, broadcast the boom boom boom and make em all dance to it" as what she's doing with this album, basically broadcasting her personal feelings and emotions and baring her heart in these songs with heavy beats, that all the fans can dance to. And it kind of connects to "I whisper things, the city sings em back to you" in Green Light about how she whispers her inner thoughts in her songs and and when she releases them she has thousands of people singing them back to her so it spreads to the person who she wrote them about.
