Weekly Update: Monday 13th November

Hello Patrons!

Welcome to the first weekly update I will be publishing here each Monday, giving you a bit of an insight into how the next episode of Historigraph is coming along, and my plans for future videos.

So, continuing with the theme of the English Civil War, I can reveal that our next video is going to be titled..

The Storming of Bristol 1643

This video will look at events taking place in South West England, about nine months after the Battle of Edgehill.

It will cover the important battles of Lansdown, and Roundway Down which (Spoiler Alert!) was a crushing Royalist victory. It's conclusion will be the short and brutal First Siege of Bristol, where Prince Rupert led fifteen-thousand troops to storm a vitally important city.

I am anticipating a release date of Saturday 25th November for this video.

Future Schedule

I am intending to impose some sort of order on what has been a haphazard upload schedule previously, and aim for a regular three-week release cycle.

So, 25th Nov will be the above-mentioned video.

16th December will be the next video, and I am hoping currently to have something out to do with the Battle of the Bulge, as its anniversary is on that day. Hopefully I can get the requisite research done in time for that.

Beyond that, I have a few half-formed ideas but I am open to suggestions as always from you guys, so do let me know if you have any; next year I will start to bring in some patron-chosen videos.
