Really liked both parts, and that teaser for actually digging was just great! I hope this will be a long term thing, like maybe a half hour check every year on what has been going on at the site while doing some very focused thing

Mika

Hats off to you both. Excellent special and the presentation was engaging and really held the interest. Had the feeling of a professionally presented documentary. Really looking forward to the follow up.

Richard Lowe-Jackson

Someone called them "The Mumble Brothers" which I found quite funny tbh. :D They are not that bad now though.

Jakub Jůzl

Just taking in the scenery guys?

Lisa Wilson

Great to see other places where the guys are working.

John Anderson

Hi Bron, as a co-production, we provided official subtitles in both English and Greek. To select English subtitles, click on the settings icon (cog) in the bottom right of the screen. Thanks

Guys we really loved it! Congratulations. My reaction when the geophys of the site was revealed - ‘bloody hell!’ Just one thing - sound wasn’t great in the museum so perhaps needed subtitles? I know that’s not ideal though….or maybe it was just us!

Bron Lloyd

How exciting!

Kay Theriault

Enjoyed seeing how useful geophys and technology has become. Almost wish I had a VR helmet so I could beg you to post those 3D renders.

Carl Johnson

Loved it & look forward to future episode of this dig site.

Brett

Great job everyone! I absolutely loved this expedition crew. You both did a great job explaining the project, this history, and the work being done. You also did a great job asking the team questions and getting them to elaborate on their work that was easy to understand. I really enjoyed learning something new and excited to see more in the future.

Does it ever rain in Greece?

Rob Federle

Constructive feedback on audio. Derek and Lawrence were at times hard to hear (dropping chins down, not speaking out) but the Swedish archaeologist was clear. Really good high volume speakers on a new laptop. Thanks to the Greek Ephorate for including TT, much appreciated.

Ann H

Found this really fascinating. Looking forward to the next episode. Thank you

Ian Owen

Great episode! Thanks for sharing it with us.

Cathy Martichenko-Grilz

Terrific stuff. Really looking forward to part 2 tomorrow.

Matthew Adams

Brilliant episode! I have wanted to see Time Team work on a Greek site for years, and I know Tony and Mick both had an interest in Greek sites. If this is an ongoing project that Derek and Lawrence are working on, perhaps the Expedition Crew might be following them to Greece for some followup work? It definitely seems like a site with no shortage of work to be done on it.

Really enjoyed this, thank you for taking time from your excavations to bring us these episodes. It's a real shame you arent able to dig that courtyard enclosure building without the data supporting the snowmelt patterns. But what an intriguing sight! Size-wise, what other contemporary cities is it comparable to? Very much looking forward to the second episode!
