Shiki (Poll Winner) Illustration

First of all, I thought Shiki was Ryona. I haven't seen Shiki in her uniform for a while so I didn't know she was in the same team as Yumi. You Senran Kagura folks know. Shiki's color palette was also nice so I added her in the polls. Personally Homura is my favorite, they might change in the future. The team leaders are pretty badass themselves so I have to put them into their own categories.
This process was wild. I nailed the pose first try but the hat placement took a bit of adjusments. I think I discovered a new tech on this piece that increase my efficiency by 10%. Not exactly a tech but an adjustment to my process. You folks already know I paint my flats until it reaches a quick rendered piece complete with AO, textures and gradients. What I do after that is add the shadows and it takes a lot of time cus' it has to fit the flats lighting setup. Basically I added the shadows at the start and adjusted the rest .
Anyways, I hope you folks like it. I was very stacked this month so my works are a bit sloppy at some parts. Hopefully I can do better next month and thank you for the support.

Thank you. Estival Versus' OP and their roster is great. Shinovi is my favorite though cus' I 100%-ed it back in the day and their OP is badass. I hope they make a new game, Burst Renewal felt incomplete cus' I needed to buy the rest of the gals as separate DLC.

2025-06-30 01:39:05 +0000 UTCShe looks so good in your style! And that scythe is badass! Shiki is the valley girl of her team (in, uh, high school?) but I imagine this is her grown up. Senran is one of my big gaming guilty pleasures. I fell in love with the series immediately on 3DS and have more or less enjoyed all of the games (except Asuka's weird massage game which felt a LITTLE too pervy). Estival Versus remains my favorite, but Burst Renewal is right up there too. I'm sad to say the series appears to be dead, but it was great while it lasted. Shiki is my favorite but Haruka is right behind her!
