Star Wars Reading Order Update

I made some edits and additions to the Star Wars Reading Order this morning. These were primarily focused on the High Republic era, where I added some newly announced books and moved around a couple stories from Phase II.
For the most part, the new update matches the official order on the Star Wars website, but the ongoing comics are still split up in Phase I so they properly coincide with the story being told in the books.
