So.

We enter the final straight. So I decided that at least once in three days, starting with today and till the release, publish press releases on the work of our lil' game design studio, so you don't think we're not toiling like mad here. We are.

A few notes first.

1) The illustrations will be quick sketches. Believe me, I have things to do besides illustrating news posts!

2) Posts will be in Russian. Please understand. All translators we have, are working on the game text now, and it won't be nice to draw their attention on posts.

3) At times I'll be evasive and indirect. The less I tell now, the more surprises you have in the game!

And now the press release itself.

Threw all we had at the combat system finalizing today. Spent 2 hours 38 minutes 5 seconds discussing.

Decided how to make the boss fight and reduce random elements in combat. That's good, but has its drawbacks.

Like, art that was at 100% ready is now at 98,8% or so. Because we now have a second (secret) boss. Won't affect the schedule as my work (art and writing) will be done before Xaljio's (programming and gameplay) anyway so I have time to do more before the  release.

Also today we finally decided to introduce a fun feature related to lewd sacrifices to an ancient evil. This will also not affect the work as it doesn't affect the gameplay, and I providently drew the art in advance.

As for the release date, I dare not set it in stone. We will announce it when the translation is done and we find out if complex combat system is not causing trouble. I.e. in one week or so.
