So, as I promised, our first weekend report on Iris Quest!
This time it threatened to be boring. Just a list of developer routine. Finalizing the combat system, drawing unique locations, mob sprites and NPC dolls.
Also the first boss is ready. I think you'll like it... But I'll be able to show it only on the demo. (
So our report would have been boring if not for one "but!"
An old and good friend of mine, a great musician and animator, and artist (of all things indecent), Grif, has joined our team!
He'll help us with animatin (and, knowing him, I think there will be additions to music as well).
Not like we thought of making our game thouroughly animated (in this case, the development would have lasted hopelessly long), but if you see some parts of Iris Quest wiggle in a pretty manner, you now know whose work it was.
