Healthy Eating Day 2 let’s go! ☀️
Added 2018-04-14 23:20:58 +0000 UTCFor everyone that’s joining me for a week of healthy eating, how did your day 1 go?! I’m actually pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. I did crave some sweets or just snacks in general, not gonna lie, but I pushed through it and managed to resist ;D
Breakfast: banana hemp protein smoothie, replaced my usual soy milk with mostly water and it tasted basically the same?!
Lunch: roasted veggie salad
Dinner: spicy tofu and veggie soup with rice
Snacks: grapes, banana, fruit leather
Drinks: water and 1 cup of vanilla spice tea
