Day 3!! ☀️

Ok so I have to say, I’m loving this no sugar diet. I actually don’t crave it at all??? What is this magic. And my stomach already looks slimmer and less bloated which I constantly struggle with. I did cave and have some caffeine this morning though😅 Honestly I miss that more than the sugar and snacks haha. Might not be able to kick my tea addiction just yet but I’m pretty proud of myself for sticking to the no sugar thing and actually enjoying it! :)

I'm rediscovering herbal teas. Just found a mango & strawberry one. I'm not sure if white tea is gentler?? I found a white tea with strawberry and the a Twinnings Lemon and Ginger which is sensational!

That's great Sharla! It's a great move toward a lifestyle change too! I used to overdo it on sugar everyday, but now only have sweets very occasionally. I lost 25 lbs (11 kg) over the past year and a half by cutting sugar, and increasing protein. Keep at it! :)

Not all teas but someone mentioned teas having an effect on iron absorption which I sometimes have issues with, so just trying to cut back and stick to mostly herbal teas if possible! :)

Quitting sugar made a huge difference to my life. Well done you! There are so many great alternatives. Why do you need to quit tea? It's mostly beneficial I think?
