But I also don’t want Mortis to fall into a trap of being uwu-ified and being wrongly infantilized like Daisuke or other characters 🥲 (especially given how I am writing Mortis, and his arc is about growing up and not letting himself think his life is over at like 22 or so.) maybe if I draw random porn of him, he won’t be doomed to such a fate. Oh I agree. 8:11 has already taught me so much on how to characterize my ocs, so I am excited to write out their story and dialogue. Mortis game makes me so happy:)

2024-12-17 20:21:34 +0000 UTCGOD, it always seemed to me that writing a character so that he is seen as he should be, and not just looked at the top of his character and appearance, is the most difficult thing that can be. I think the problem can be avoided if in the future you will reveal Mortis as a separate person with actions based on his character and views on the world, because sometimes all sorts of "love affairs" of the character can confuse the viewer. (In any case, I am not an expert in such things and I am sure that you are doing everything right! I really like watching how Mortis and other characters get their development)
