You mentioned you've been watching ProZD lately, have you ever seen Gus Johnson? He is arguably the funniest sketch comedian on the entire website and all of his videos are super short. For a starting point I recommend "Mitchell Robbins Microwaves Soup" just to see what he can do with a camera and 30 minutes to spare.

Whoever reading this (Dan, Matt, Patron #2354), would you be interested in Dan flexing his creative side and making short films/stories in games? I am thinking to FrankieOnPCin1080p's old series, or shorter things with different games. Something with freedom, like some open world multiplayer game. Could be something different and the creative process could be more fun for Dan if it's working with a group of people. I'd be up for being an extra driving a GTA V police car after a getaway car etc. or something

It’s far from a great things with the games Dan is playing on Streams. It’s OK for stuff limited to matches or thing like that, but outside of that meh.

I fucking loved rdr2, I was basically addicted to it but god damn there's some really annoying shit. I don't mind the individual looting or the slow pacing. it adds to the experience in a way. but the mechanics and controls make me want to throw my controller into my tv. The horse steers automatically away from shit causing you to crash into other shit. if you're getting attacked by an animal it doesn't let you grab your weapon for some fucking reason, it puts your guns away every goddamn time. and the epilogue is fucking weird, I don't really understand why it's there.

Have you considered doing the collaborations with mid to small gaming channels? Like LGR, Pushing up Roses, Gaming Jay? Or some of the child gamers if you can control your swearing? Ok, maybe not the child gamers.

The VERY different edited videos that came along a while ago were incredible, the commentary episode, the murder suicide in Little Town VR. They made the Saturday video an event. If you want to put less effort into your YouTube channel, don't churn out a ton of Completes episodes, put all of that effort into one big weekly video. It makes watching that video an event rather than what the plays videos currently are which is boring boredom and stale repeated jokes. On top of that if I remember correctly those videos had pretty good success when it came to your channel.

Has Dan ever played though games on twitch and then sent them to Matt to be edited to an actual video and uploaded as normal episodes? A few other youtubers do it and I can’t speak for financials, but it lets Dan okay with the twitch chat and still regularly upload on YouTube for people that don’t wanna deal with the inconsistencies in twitch streams. Just a thought tbh I’m just excited to see whatever content comes out of the various Nerdcubed channels💕

Dunno if you've heard or not, but Junichi Masuda, who's been the director of the Pokémon games since Ruby and Sapphire announced recently that Let's Go would be the last games he'd be directing. So maybe we'll see a new direction for the next lot of games? Also Joe Merrick who runs Serebii, which is basically the biggest Pokemon news site, is pretty hyped for Let's Go so that kinda says it all for me.

Hey Dan, George R R Martin, the guy who wrote the Game of Thrones books, has being getting shit for years from some his more horrible fans for not finishing his next book quick enough. As a writer who also juggles several projects, do you think it was ever possible for him to finish it any quicker? A lot of these people think writing is as simple as typing up a page a day then sending it across to be published. How delusional are these people?

I always thought that gen 3 and 4 we're the best of pokemon and when I played black and white I got bored and never went back to the series. I've been wanting to get back into it, I think a new twist might be enough to get me back in to the series
