Character pins coming back next month!

Character pins are making a comeback for the month of February ( the March 1st payout!)
That also means other teirs will be returning as well!
Now I have a big question, have you had issues with mail?
Long Waits, etc?
I've unfortunately been getting some packages back in the mail, more as of lately.
I'm considering, now I have access to a company called Chitchats, I can get tracked US packets much cheaper than through Canada post.
The tiers are only budgeted for $4-6 shipping, so the big thing is, would you rather pay an extra $6 to have a tracked packet each month? Get a tracking number delivered to your inbox every time on schedule?
I think that when I reintroduced character pins I'm not going to have a whole bunch of tier options like I did before because it makes packing very complicated and with so many different things to do and pack I can't accept any help even when I need help.
For example, the current tier is $20 usd and includes the PotM, mini pin, sticker and shipping. This would increase to $25 to help cover shipping costs.
The new Character pin tier would include those rewards, plus a character pin, and would be $30 (you basically get the character pin for $5)
I will not be revamping the collector's tier since the amount of pins per month is subject to change, instead I'm working on putting together a special add on store that you will gain access to a few days before the end of the month. You pay for the extra pins you want from the month previous, etc and then it's free shipping with your Patreon (unless you order a lot, if it exceeds a weight, it will incur shipping fees)
Can I have some feedback on this?
It's crucial because I have lost incredible amounts of funding and have just been scraping by. We were about to break 150 members before I took a little Health break and now we are down to 110, even when I had previously ordered enough pins for 200 members with high hopes..
The reality is I really can't afford to lose more members, but I've also lost a lot of members due to being frustrated with the mail which is out of my control :'(

I think tracking would be awesome! Although I haven't said anything (that's my bad btw, I've been to busy and preoccupied (Also often forgetful) I haven't seen any pins from November forward and it would be awesome to be able to know where it is. Also an add on store would be cool to have if someone wanted to purchase pins they haven't received before, had to miss out on the previous months pins, or want extra of the pins they already have.

2022-01-12 01:41:49 +0000 UTCOverall I've had few issues with the mail. I know that the pins will always reach me a few days after the 15th of any month and it's be very consistent. While I do think that tracking sounds like a good idea for patreon's to track their pins and have some peace of mind. I can definitely see the extra $5 being a deal breaker for individuals that have tight budgets. I think a safe choice could be to do a poll or survey and go based on what the majority picks. If tracked packages do win, you may still lose some individuals. But you would at least know that more members would be willing to pay the extra $5, to be able to track their pins.
