Pronoun Update, Mod Updates, and Pronoun Batch Fixer

Hey everyone! The pronoun update has come to The Sims, which is great news for inclusivity, but also means that some mods' text won't show up properly. For the most part, the game still renders the old-style pronouns correctly, but there are a couple instances where it gets mixed up. Specifically, with the pronouns "her" and "his", since each of them can have two meanings. I won't get too into the specifics on here, but long story short, some text needs to be updated to work properly.

Mod Updates

To address the issue, I've updated text in both Language Barriers and Followers for Fame to work better with the new pronouns.

Note that all of my mods, including these two, were largely unaffected by the patch. It's just that these two had some text that didn't work for they/them sims.

Pronoun Batch Fixer

I was able to update my mods quickly with the help of a batch fix program that I made. If you have your own mods to update, you can also use it online.

Please note that this webpage is part of a website I am currently working on. I have been completely re-writing my string table editor with Sims 4 Toolkit, but it is not ready yet. The site is published early just to host this batch fix tool.
