Extra info from the Kit Kats Origin Story.

They wanted better living conditions, but also didn't want to spend too much money. So they decided to become roommates and split the cost on a 2 bedroom apartment.
-After the baby kit kats come into their lives Nick and Judy move to the Rainforest District to live in a house for more space.
-When the kit kats are around 10, Cotton moves to Zootopia to live with the Wilde Family for a few years while she goes to college for interior design.

Cotton would be around 18. And yes they probably view her as their big sister. They're always excited to see her. And when they find out she's living with them, they couldn't be happier ☺️
