It's time for the Hucow Poll!

On top of that though, there's a huge blog post that contains details on the hucow expansion and what the votes are for, and a lot of other information as well including new portraits and more.
If you don't feel like reading... the options are in order of how much detail and content they have, and how long they'll take to complete.

I would love if it was harder to live in your own flat if you become a hucow, such as if the coop makes you buy the home milker in installments (in addition to your room and board not being covered). Failing to make milker payments results in mandatory output-increasing procedures, the cost of which are added to the amount owed.

It would certainly be interesting to have a hucow prologue, with less control over character creation and then get turned into an ideal hucow. Could fit in with the female start pretty well. I should point out that living at the Coop still means you can leave, go into town, and generally do all the game things when you're not working.

all soudn good but i down with somehow you force into stay on the farm long term. also you could do full spinoff of new farmhand becoem full hucow either start as male or female and end up as a happy hucow..

I definitely want being a hucow sort of chosen for me in a coercive way. For example, I start out as a farmhand then get myself in trouble one day using the industrial milkers on myself, or something of that general nature. I don’t want to be stuck living there, though, so if the “Job and Home” option wins, I hope that there will remain the ability to live on my own, so long as I produce enough milk to satisfy the coop.

I would make a suggestion for a later update for option 2 or 3 that after certain stat criteria has been met that a promotion of recruiter can be made. Maybe pass out some samples to entice prospects? Payment can be made through a base pay for successful recruit, and bonus pay can be made through production and quality? Bonus could be one lump sum or a weekly percentage of their production. Maybe the more productive ones are more difficult to recruit and require more investments?

I chose the farm hand job on my first play through bc I was hoping it might mean becoming a hucow at the farm lol so job and home would be dope as hell. Bonus points if certain choices lead to a more... coercive story line. Like perhaps the owner of the coop has a good connect at the institute who provides him with a drug he uses to brainwash any of the new hucows who might pique his interest. Perhaps the drug takes hold temporarily so that he can take you to his private farm and enjoy having you on hand for a spell, and once returned home, leaves you thinking you just spent a week at a cabin in the woods by yourself so as to not raise any suspicions. Maybe some of the older hucows know something is up, but only know that something odd keeps happening and don't know enough details to suspect anyone on the farm to be at fault. Maybe some of them help him. IDK I am just spit balling and I am a sucker for any chance to get to play the victim of a coercive storyline >.>
