Nebulous Updates "Mixed Feelings"

With the release of the Mixed Missile Salvo feature, I added two new weapons to the DAMN arsenal:
DD6 "Glare". An internally mounted continuous point defense laser that can shoot down missiles from an extended range but has a sharp damage falloff over the distance. It perform better at self defense compared to the ANS' fleet-wide cover provided by the Aurora.
SGM 1A 'Scullion'. A size 1 cheap auxiliary missile that eschew any offensive warhead to mount penetration assistant modules. The flexible engine allows to tune it's speed to escort both regular missiles or torpedoes, and the halved module cost makes it really affordable even with the most expensive ones.
I will need all the feedback I can get about these weapons, is the Glare a serviceable replacement for the Aurora (that PRISM lost access to) and is the Scullion causing issues from being size 1 and neglected by PD?

ANS capital ships received significant buffs, so I improved Prism's too.
All three Pythagoras super heavy, Descartes and Thales heavy torchships now have +5% max module repairs. The Thales also received one additional module and compartment sockets.
The Pythagoras buff is mild, but the ship was already above the curve. The Thales should be more flexible which was direly needed. The Descartes however might now be in a slight power slump but I would rather wait for more feedback before committing to a bigger buff.
Finally I fixed the missing HEKP visual effect that was not showing up on Prism hulls since... forever?

All "default" Prism fleets have also been updated.
