Joe Bob’s Thought of the Day: Secret Edition

Burns, the director of the CIA, and Sergei Naryshkin, the head of Russia's version of the CIA, where they talked about nuclear weapons. How do we know about this meeting? WHY do we know about this meeting? Aren't both of these guys supposed to operate in TOTAL SECRECY? Doesn't everybody want that meeting to be as secret as fucking possible so that they can be totally honest? Shouldn't they both be wearing fedoras and overcoats and meeting on a fog-shrouded beach in Malta? Why is it in my Twitter feed?
