Joe Bob’s Thought of the Day: True Crime Edition

Every murder victim in every true-crime show was a person who "lit up a room" while alive. Why doesn't anyone ever say, "Oh yeah, she was majorly annoying. Had a little yappy dog that drove me crazy. Talked too much. Borrowed money all the time"?

Came home to watch TV for lunch break and saw JB on a commercial for this lol. Gonna set the episode to record. Kinda enjoyed the Jessica Beil show on it.

I'm pretty sure the only way I could light up a room is if I'd been set on fire. So I think people would mostly say...um...that's it... Um.

when you guys are done there are some landscapers who frequent my street three times a month starting at 7AM as well. please take care of them haha

what about that lady that got butchered on her front lawn in st augustine, florida in broad daylight? no one Really liked her , everyone said so. she was disliked So much , that the guy who she had been battling with , got away with whacking her head off with a machete....when i was in st augustine one time i visited a couple book stores looking for the book about her murder. no one conveniently knew Anything about That story :O... anyways , i wish joe bob would write More murder novels. i love that shit. :D

Unless someone hires Hercule Poirot, you should be fine. Remember, hogs even eat the bones! 🤣

Not only do I not want to be fingered, I don’t want to be accused of murder either!

I’m not saying this person should be murdered, but whoever lit JB’s Snapped interview deserves to be yapped at. I get that they were trying to be dramatic, but the key light is needlessly harsh and from such a “sidey” angle, (note the long nose shadow) it works more like a kicker than a key. Also, the dominant source should be on his right (3/4 angle) which would be more flattering. There should be a small eye light above the lens to get some sparkle and an edge light to separate JB from the background.

That gets me too. It's like this; nobody deserves to be a victim no matter how annoying they were yet at the same time we all know that you fuck around you find out. The only part to any story we hear/read about is the finding out, and rarely the fucking around person did to wrongfully earn their expiration date. If the response from said individual is equal to the initial assault there are no real victims in that case except the person fucked with first.

TBH, my neighbor runs his leafblower at 7AM every Tuesday. Anything happens to him I'd be a prime suspect--except for all the OTHER neighbors. We might end up with a real "Murder on the Orient Express" scenario.

The ones that nobody liked don't get shows made about them.

Hahaha! That's true!

The case of gypsy rose. The mom who was murdered everyone ever her family said “she sucked, I’m not surprised” so there’s one !

The main thing we noticed after he was murdered was the room started to smell a lot better. That and people's lunches no longer disappeared from the refrigerator. Worst smelling funeral - ever.

Being murdered for not pruning their trees, or not pruning them correctly, is Kathleen Turner Serial Mom stuff!

I've been waiting on someone to say... "It's about f'ing time! That's what they get for not pruning their trees! Deserved ALL of what they got!" 🤣

Who is this John Bloom character? Looks familiar, hmm... 😉

Sean Brodeur

YES Finally Thank you Joe Bob. This goes my brain when I watch true crime too

Nobody wants to be fingered. "Yeah, I'm glad she's dead, frankly." "Well, then, maybe YOU'RE the killer!"
