2014-04-11 05:20:06 +0000 UTCBy the way when I first heard of Scathing Atheist on CD to the British ear it sounds like your name is No Allusions , as in 'allusions of grandeur' a typical religious fallacy, Tom ( or Cecil ) said something like 'with a name like that no wonder he's an atheist' and I thought your mother had actually named you that. So you do have a pseudonym.

2014-04-10 20:26:20 +0000 UTCI dont remember where it was, but one of the purchase links for the book goes to another seller where you can get a PDF copy instead of the amazon kindle stuff. Sorry, Im not where I can get to my stuff so I dont know what the name of the seller was. Im pretty sure the kobo will take pdfs. Once you get the pdf its pretty easy to convert to any format you need though.

We'll look into other possibilities, but to my knowledge, the only way to do this is to radically increase our costs and set up yet another subscription service. In fact, the reason we started using Patreon is because it allowed us a way to offer bonus content without having to set up a password protected feed.
