Ditto are lustful creatures, and attempts to 'breed' with any Pokemon regardless of gender. Ditto naturally likes to nestle itself inside the nethers of it's victims.
Unfortunately for this lucario, he left his front guard open. This happens to lead to a hefty hefty sack to carry around once everything is said and done.
(Not really going for hyper cock, but huge tanuki style balls. Yeah or nah?)
