I gotta tell you guys it is definitely extending the length of my process for each comics completion, but I am really enjoying taking the time to detail and shade in the coloring process. I’ve thought recently about submitting some work to the New Yorker but the idea of drawing something in just black and white seems boring to me.
Unrelated news but I am heading to Gainesville next weekend for my first convention appearance this year! In person events are hands down becoming my favorite part of the comics “business” so I’m hoping to go to more each year. If there’s a convention near you that you’d like to see me at, tell me the name and I’ll try to get in touch with the con heads!
