Skeleton Warriors Values Scale with Time

It's not obvious when you read 7.31 changelog but with lane creeps and other neutrals Skeleton Warriors also become stronger every 7.5 minutes.
Every 7.5 minutes an upgrade happens and all creeps increase some of their values. A single skeleton receives: +30 HP, +3 attack damage, +5 AS, +0.5 armor. Note that a Troll Summoner spawns 3 skeletons. In the end, a skeleton will have +180 HP, +18 attack damage, +30 AS, +3 armor at 45 minute mark (6 upgrades). In total each unit upgrades maximum of 30 times - you would need to wait for 225 minutes to do so.
This, new attack damage type and the fact that Valve forgot to change Skeletons BAT to 2.0 and starting attack speed from 100 to 200 means that they are much-much stronger than ever before.
