It's about they working on payment system in this March , so it would be some late or problem but they think it will be faster and better than February.

Hey creators,
We wanted to reach out ahead of the March 1st payment cycle to set expectations for how long it will take to process payments.
Our February 1st, 2019 payments cycle took longer than usual and we’ve spent the past 3 weeks running tests to improve our processing speed. Our test results show we’ll be faster, but still a bit longer than usual - closer to 48 hours. You can expect payments to be finished processing by end of day pacific time, Saturday, March 2nd.
While waiting for payments to process, your patrons will not lose access to benefits. We recommend holding off on delivering March benefits until all payment processing is complete to ensure that your patrons have paid before receiving new content. If patrons reach out with questions, you can tell them that payment processing is in progress, and will finish on Saturday.
