They have nothing to feel guilty about; they may regret drunken solace, but neither of them owed Buffy or Xander an explanation. They both lost something and sought solace in someone who understood. Given the choices that Buffy & Xander made, they don't get to say a mf word. Xander the creepy, spineless stalker coward that gets unearned wisdom moments & this BS pretense that he's the heart, gtefoh. Great react, Chance.
