Storytime! ...kind of.

So there was a meme song going around tiktok a while back (yeah I know, tiktok is brain rot) and it's literally titled "I'm a metalhead, bitch!" and I thought that'd be such a fun song to use on a pinup post - the only problem was I didn't have an idea for the content of one. One day doomscrolling instagram I saw a photo of Rachel Pizzolato - she's this like super tall lady who I knew from doing kip-ups in high heeled boots. Turns out she was a mythbusters junior host and is a patent holding scientist, as well as a model. Which is fun!

Anyway, the pic was cool, it's her posing open legged looking all badass in a black one piece and boots, and my brain instantly went - PUT HER ON SKULLS HOLDING A GUITAR.

And now we're here., lol.

So it's not actually a pinup of Rachel Pizzolato (that might come in the future) but the pose is certainly inspired by her. I thought it'd be hot if she was only wearing a leather jacket and thigh high boots (definitely a weakness of mine 🫣) and obviously I can't post that on instagram so that version will be just for you guys - not that it's that different really, but still, something about that version is a lot naughtier.

I'm a massive Revocation fan and I've been LUSTING over the new Dave Davidson signature models so I thought it was a great excuse to draw a metal as fuck guitar and do kind of a tribute to the old Heavy Metal magazine covers as well as a super old Mystique pinup I remember from my childhood (it's funny what sticks with you eh?)

The last slide is the original sketch, it's pretty ugly as most of my sketches are, but it's fun to see how far the pinup came through the process.
