New Story, End of the Year Recap, and an Announcement

Okay. Now hear me out. I do really enjoy the patron ideas, but I think that it's become a bit of an albatross preventing me from writing what I'd like to write. Rather than focusing on a single story for a whole month, I need to split my attention between it and at least one other thing. Usually two. That lack of focus isn't doing me any favors, I think.
So next month is going to be the last patron-voted story for a while. If you're at the 10$ tier still in February, then I'll consider it a bonus tip, but I would suggest you lower it until I have something worth replacing it with something like exclusive stories or enough of a backlog to give you early access.
With that out of the way, thanks for sticking with me this year! The patron count more than doubled from 52 last year to a whopping 120 (counting both the patreon and subscribestar). Honestly, I'm more grateful than you know, and I hope that I can continue to meet your expectations. Next year, I'm going to try and do better, both in terms of quality and quantity.
