2024-05-29 21:33:08 +0000 UTCPiccolo and 17 are equal but he would never get the job done against him since his energy is depleting during clashes and 17 has neat gimmicks up his sleeve. Theoretically, piccolo would win off experience if he had the same benefits as 17. 18 on the other hand he's capable of beating. If we were to estimate 18's strength, I'd say she's close to first appearance cell when he was fighting weighted piccolo in ginger town.

2024-05-28 23:31:24 +0000 UTCPiccolo = 17 here, but if he challenged 18, he has better chances, since she's slightly weaker and does she even have a barrier like 17? I'm sure someone will chime in. Still, 17 & 18 have infinite stamina. However, that doesn't make them invincible, because if you damage someone enough, it doesn't matter how much stamina they have, they're not going to punch as hard when they're missing an arm or two. He has to do it quick though. Piccolo's only real ace is the Light Grenade in the next couple episodes that makes 17 run away. However, he was exhausted, so it took all his reserves, so the blast probably wasn't as good as it could've been. If he wanted to be a jerk, he could've released it at 17 at the last second XD
