Release 1.12 is almost ready

Main difference is I finally managed to remove the biggest memory leak in the game and made several optimizations so it uses much less memory and is faster. This should improve player experience much. It runs smooth on my i5 and I will need to get slower computer for testing.

I changed the way effects and spells are created and created templating mechanism you may use to create new monsters with different spells.

In gameplay I changed spells so they may be targeted on any field which makes it much more fun for the player and fights with spell casters are much more challening. There are three types: missile, cone and ball.

I also took a look at Fashionatrix character and made it playable. It was not, but now it should do much better.

Also mayhem drop charts are updated for better gameplay and possibility to change and reworked several spell casters for better fun (e.g. Castratrix will give a dick to female victims first to be able to castrate them later).

As a small touch I updated body panel to show body part in case of monster or player turned into one.

So stay tuned, I will release it in a few days. I already did some testing, I need to update manual so the users would understand the templating mechanism for new effects.
