I indulged in recreating this image: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/9ezNKQ from the first Silent Hill game, it's one of the first things I saw when I played the game back in the 2000's so it has an special place in my heart! I used some bits of the DbD assets but changed some colors and shape to look like the original reference.
Needless to say I wish they would have made a different face for her cosmetic in DbD but, enough of me complaining about the inaccuracy of things :p

They made them look like twins of some sort I guess, because they're two parts of the same soul in the SH lore. But they're not actual biological twins, just the soul is what reincarnated, so they are physically different people. There aren't many images of Alessa either (besides the one that I linked), so I think BHVR just gave up before trying... I'm glad you liked my version! Maybe it helps understand why SH fans are a bit moody about DbD models xD

Lisa didn't have own face, it's same Cheryl model. Not only purple dress associated with Alessa, I see it now. Maybe I should better know history and Lore of SH!
