Last Book Update (I Promise)


Guess you're sick and tired of these book updates by now, huh? Well, I don't blame you. This one's to let everyone know that the formatting snafu I mentioned in my last post was fixed and the finalized file uploaded in time. You'll all be able to read the book on the 16th. 

Another reason for this post is to warn you that I might not get everything I wanted ready for the same day; i.e. the Patreon-exclusives tied to the book might drop during the weekend, and not on the 16th. Just figured I'd let you know, that's all. 

What else is new? After the crazy weekend that was, I took a day off today. Trust me, I needed it. There's been days where I've been laying in bed, dreading the work ahead and hoping to fall asleep again to forget about it all. Today wasn't exactly that bad, but some rest felt warranted to save myself for the rest of this week. Though I didn't exactly take a full day off (I never do), I caught up on Season 3 of Preacher - anybody watch that? Huge fan of the graphic novels myself.

But anyway, starting with this post, I'll be back to check in and answer questions on a daily basis, or at least do my damndest to try to. I still have loads on my plate, among other things making sure the print version comes out in time, but with the file fixed and secure, my stress level has gone from 10/10 to 8.5/10. Which leaves some room tending to my business here.

About the meal plan for 16:8/LGM and the unpublished work from the book...when and where is it going to be posted?

Because the research tends to show EAAs as most likely being a better option. BCAAs help "turn on" protein synthesis, but you need all amino acids available to carry out that process. EAAs include other AAs your body cannot produce endogenously.

Why change from 10g BCAAs to 15g EAAs for the pre-workout fasted training ?
