Hey hi folks! I ended up being way more sick over the past two weeks, which unfortunately made my big vacation plans a little more self-care focused. This means I haven't had as many opportunities to post stuff as I'd hoped, but I am getting better!

The past days have also featured a much-needed vacation, one that's going to inform where I go moving forward. I might cancel a few convention/conference appearances in early 2019 if only to give myself time to fully recover and get back to a healthy routine. I hate to get stuck in a rut, but I also realize that I need some sort of stable foundation to build on. So that's what I'll be working on!

Whew. What a year. I'm going to end up struggling to get across the finish line, but I will have made it—and that's what counts. Stay tuned for a proper year-end post today! Or, you know what, maybe tomorrow; I need to learn to cut myself some slack when I need to. ^^;
