Gleb Chernov, born in 1988
He was born into a less-than-prosperous family. His father was a prominent figure in the criminal world, while his mother was a housewife.

Though the family didn't face severe financial hardships, they couldn't afford a luxurious lifestyle either. Gleb's father beat and despised his mother but idolized his son, seeing him as the direct heir to a criminal dynasty. Gleb was expected to have a promising criminal future, but he was more interested in the world of modern aristocracy, dreaming of becoming part of it.

Gleb found his father’s tattooed, cigarette-reeking friends repulsive. He longed to be among high society—people who spoke eloquently, resolved conflicts through dialogue, and didn’t pride themselves on prison sentences.

Whenever possible, Gleb avoided his father's attempts to drag him into his business. Instead, he secretly read Jane Eyre, tried to learn how to speak properly, and observed news anchors and their foreign guests to understand how to present himself in society. Gleb dreamed of wearing suits and ties, styling his hair, and having all the "bourgeois" attributes his father mocked as "effeminate" and "elitist."

At the age of 17, Gleb ended up in a juvenile detention center for a year and a half, convicted of a robbery he had no intention of participating in—a crime orchestrated entirely by his father.

In prison, however, he was warmly welcomed and treated with respect.
