The monsters adapted and found ways to survive trough the emotions from females and get their energy trough their laughter. Many young women with high sensitivity are kidnapped and get tortured by different kinds of monsters with unique abilities and extensions and this world has truly become a frightening place. Tickling is now the norm, and is used in training and daily life and slave trading between monsters are commonly used. This is the fate of this young lady, used and trained to be more sensitive against tickling and then traded off for a high price.
