The eWardrobe now has a Discord!

Hi everyone,

We've got a Discord going for our $5+ backers. If you've pledged a lifetime support total of $5 or more you can also get an invite. Anybody who fits the criteria and wants an invite, go ahead and message me. I'll reply back with the invitation.

Kazeto will serve as our primary moderator. If there's a specific story-related question or somebody wants to ask me something directly she'll get my attention. I'll pop in from time to time, but it's easy for me to lose track of time when it comes to forums or message boards. I imagine you'd all prefer I spend time writing for The eWardrobe and not debating plot events in a chat. ;) That being said, I'll still do my best to not be a stranger.

Finally, here are some basic rules for the Discord channel itself:

Speak English 

The story is written in English, which means that the official language  on this Discord is English. Some people may be able to use other  languages, but to those who can't it is disruptive, so please keep other languages to private messages.

Don't spam 

Walls of text that are on topic and constructive are fine, if something  that may not get read by many. Single comments off the topic are also  fine. Flooding the channels with messages that add nothing to the  discussion and only serve to push other messages out of sight, however,  will be frowned upon.  

Don't be a jerk 

Disagreements happen, and are sometimes needed for the discussion to  progress; with brick not being a frequent visitor of this Discord I have  no reason to stop them from happening. However, attacking other people  is not disagreeing, that's being a jerk.  

Don't be a bigot 

Bigotry in general is not fine, as it benefits nobody and only hurts  people. That said, because of the themes of the story, cases of  homophobia, transphobia, and sexism will be taken even more seriously.  It is fine to question, and it is fine to ask questions, but deciding  that any chosen group should be ostracised and hated without having  actual reasons for it, and especially before doing any asking, is not  fine.

Lastly, keep an eye out tomorrow. Something tells me that an exciting picture might come hopping along.
