Revised Milestone Goals

I'm only listing lower tier goals, to keep things flexible in case my needs change in the future, and I've revised the one goal concerning custom art for the game- replacing all the CGs in the game would take somewhere around $20,000 worth of commissions, and that's just not feasible at such a lower tier.

It are certainly more realistic goals now, as i can't think of anything more worthwhile then saving Neko's back. XD
