Modding Diary - woohoo to induce labor and new aniamtion for pregnancy test

This week I worked on adding woohoo as a way to induce labor.

Once your sim is in the third trimester, any type of woohoo will speed up your sims pregnancy by 2 points. (including ww)

It takes about 26 points for your sim to go from 3rd trimester to in labor, so technically your sim will have to woohoo 13 times to go into labor from when they first enter the third trimester. I hope this is an appropriate amount of increase as I didn't want it to impact your sims pregnancy too much, they will also have 70% chance to get this moodlet. (Also compatible with WW.)

woohooing using WW after your sim arrive at the hospital will also increase their dilation slightly, there is no moodlet for this.

This week I also started working on a animation for taking pregnancy test. This is something a few people have requested and I think it is a good interaction to make a meaningful impact on storytelling. Keep in mind The animation is not complete yet and it is still a Work in progress.

here is what the interaction will look like

your sim sits down on the toilet with a pregnancy test in their hand

they will then pee on the stick

they will take the stick back out

and sit to wait for the result

they will then have a surprised reaction which I havent got to yet

Ideally I would like to release this update in early June, there is one more labor inducing activities I would like to make and that is allowing the partner to help the pregnant bounce on the yoga ball and giving them a back massage while the pregnant sim lean against the ball.
