PC is back!
Added 2023-12-24 14:43:13 +0000 UTCOne new motherboard was all it took to fix the crashing issues... They nearly sent it back as is. The faulty original had passed all benchmark testing and they were only installing drivers to finish up, when the installs kept crashing halfway. (As I had been describing from the beginning!) Feeling very vindicated right now.
Anyway, the plan is to get stuck into this game as soon as the holiday stuff is over.
