We start the journey of Friendship today! :D I'm excited to begin watching this with you all! Reminder that episodes 3 and 4 will be a double reaction for Patreon on September 29th, which is also the start of Fairy Tail over on Youtube (Ep 1). I plan to take the reactions at a normal pace and a occasional double episode, if I feel I have the extra time.
Once we get through the craziness of this fall anime cycle(so around 2023), I do plan to evaluate and see how well people are enjoying my reactions to the show. If it seems like people are really enjoying this series, I would be willing to add an additional weekly slot to allow for 2 uploads of Fairy Tail each week. This isn't a guarantee or anything, but I want to be able to make progress on this show... as long as people seem to be enjoying it on my youtube channel. I wanted to let you all know where my head is at and that I do understand that this show will take some time to get through. So... cheers to our new Weekly Thursday Reaction Series :P

Well now that ur reacting to this I actually signed up for ur patreon. Also from my experience there’s 9 OVAs and 2 movies. Here’s a list of when it’s proper to watch those: OVA 1 and 3 should be after episode 72. OVA 2 is non canon so it doesn’t matter. But it has references in it that’ll be spoilers if u watch it before OVA 1, so I’d just go 1,2,3 with them OVA 4 is during episode 153, so u can watch either the episode or the OVA first. OVA 5 is directly after episode 170. OVA 6 is a crossover that doesn’t matter when to watch. If u want to watch it at a time where I can make sense I recommend after 151, IK it doesn’t make sense since that’s before 4 & 5, but too much stuff will be going on so it’d be better to see it then. OVA 7 should be scene after episode 202 or 203, whichever u want. I recommend watching the first movie at around that same time OVA 8 is half flashback half present time. The present time part is right after episode 233. The flashback part should be considered foreshadowing of stuff to come. So I wouldn’t really call anything in there spoilers. I recommend seeing it after 233 OVA 9 has some continuity design errors and abilities that aren’t used at the time of the design, making it hard to determine when to watch. I saw it after the series ended. I heard the 2nd movie is after episode 284, it’s a tight space in terms of what’s going on in the anime, I saw it after I finished the series but apparently that’s where it is chronologically, too much stuff will be going on for u to see it afterwards anyways. Anyways, IK u watch OVAs and there are moments in the series where I recognize things from OVAs so they are canon and should be watched. unfortunately the OVAs are only subbed, but I still recommend them
